Our goal was to grow patient volumes for pediatrics, family and internal medicine, OB/GYN services, and selected specialty care services at University of Minnesota Health Maple Grove Clinics by 20 new patients a month.
This campaign required many pieces and, in most cases, two versions of each piece—one for pediatrics/family medicine and another for OB/GYN services. A few of those pieces were a direct mail postcard, promotional signage, and a bus wrap.
