Sons of Levi was a local metal band who came to me requesting a t-shirt to sell at shows. One of their most popular songs contained the line "open up the flood gates," which inspired the following design showing the silhouette of a man standing in front of a gush of water. The logo/type treatment I used for the band's name is something that they chose to carry over to their future album artwork and a merch table backdrop. This was a favorite project of mine because of my interest in t-shirt design, my love of heavier music and my involvement with the local music scene throughout the years.
